A Few Verses from the Psalms

Reading through a few Psalms, highlighting a few verses that particularly caught my attention:
(thoughts about the Scripture, as I recently listened to several Systematic Theology lessons on Scripture, that Wayne Grudem taught at his church and had recorded. A great resource.)
Psalm 18:30 “This God-His way is perfect; the Word of the Lord proves true; He is a shield for all those who take refuge in Him.”

Psalm 19:7-11 “The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; the rules of the Lord are true, and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward.”

Psalm 20:4-5 “May He grant your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans! May we shout for joy over your salvation, and in the name of our God set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions!”

Psalm 21:6 “…you make him glad with the joy of your presence.”
Psalm 27:4 “One thing I have asked of the Lord, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His temple.”
